Konsulent arbejde/consultant work

As I have a basic education as a mechanical worker and a continuing education as a mechanical engineer and a diploma with a Bachelor of Management in Operations Management. 

With my technical and practical insight in manufacturing processes for casting, welding, machining, surface treatment and assembly, I could assist in several productions steps/proceses.

I have experience with quality inspection of subjects during the manufacturing process at suppliers as well as inspection / monitoring of assembly and assembly processes.

1. NDT-VT, MT, UT, micro-laboratory test of casted items.
2. NDT-VT of welded constructions and machined items. NDT-VT, EN ISO 9712 and Nordtest Doc Gen 010
3. NDT-VT inspection of surface before surface treatment, inspection of painted surface according to Specification and Frosio requirements.

Lead Auditor QMS ISO 9001:2015

I am used to moving on the production/factory floor and observe the processes from the start of raw materials to shipment. I have a great focus on HSE and quality in completed work.
